Edward C. Raffetto, Jr. and his wife, Lisa, bought their home in Church Hill in 1988 and were able to move in with their two sons during 1995.
Ed is a retired pastor, produces Christian education materials, and helps at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Chestertown. He has served on the Church Hill Planning Commission since 2000.
Ed was appointed by the Town Commissioners in April to fill an unexpired term until the June 2012 Town Election. He was re-elected to serve as Commissioner until June, 2017.
